For the last blog challenge for October's paper pumpkin I wanted to do some punch art, so I thought I would create a scarecrow. I figured using up some of the twine that was the kit as bails of hay, I think it turned out cute. I also enjoyed stamping the "Hay you're so sweet" sentiment, I know who is getting this card in the mail. Can't wait to start working on next months :-)
Yes another "craft fair" favor, Simple yet satisfying who doesn't like a full size candy bar. It's the little things in life that make me happy, I would love to get something like this as a "thank you" or just "I'm thinking of you" :-)
How stinking cute is this project, I had so much fun making these. Who would have thought just adding some paper and ink to a Tic-Tac box, would give it such a WOW factor. This is a perfect gift for your co-workers or customers, for the upcoming holiday :-) I'm not sure how much cuter the little pom-poms could be on the snowman's ears, just a different way to use our product.
So I'm preparing for a craft fair this weekend and this is one of the favors I made. I love how you can personalize these, you can add a Starbucks gift card to the carrier or just put a snack size candy inside the cups. I didn't realize my owl's eyes were a little crossed while taking this picture; but making all theses favors is making me feel like the owl looks :-), feeling a tad loony :-)
Today's challenge design came from my son who wanted to make Natalie a birthday card. He came in my craft room this morning asking if I would help him make her a card; after looking over the set I have, we decided to use the birthday balloon for her card. CJ picked Bermuda bay & Melon Mambo, wow did it turn out cute. So when I was contemplating on what design I wanted to do, it hit me why don't I do the same design as CJ. With a little help from Payton who suggested the punch art pumpkins along the bottom I think it turned out way cute..... Kids do come in handy sometimes, haha it's about time they pull their weight around the house.... :-)
I must have a thing for bags this week :-); I wanted to show how you could use the straw for something other then a "straw" haha, I also used the 31 from the witching décor kit. This is a perfect size gift for a coworker or a little something for someone you may have just met. Have a spook-ta-cular and crafty day with this months kit :-)
So today's Pumpkin Challenge came to me from last months card class, we made these cute cello Halloween bags. I stamped some of the images using the stamp set the kit provided as well as making a cute pumpkin face with the word spooky:-) "lets not forget the little rhinestone on the witches hat too" This little cello bag was a huge hit, almost everyone ordered more then the one that came with class. I think all my kids will be getting this little treat bag this year, so stinking fun and EASY :-) Have a great day we will chat soon....."p.s the bag was full of candy until Natalie came in and eat most of the candy; she didn't know I hadn't taken a picture of it yet for my blog, she felt horrible but I told her no one will ever know... haha "
